Brandon’s career began as a freelance cameraman & editor for a Dallas based video production company. Throughout high school and college he polished his creative skills here and advanced to Chief Editor, working with clients such as ESPN, TCU, American Airlines, and the X Games. This led him to WFAA, the ABC affiliate in Dallas, where he was a cameraman and lighting technician for news, sports & entertainment programs. A few years later, Brandon became a video producer for The Plano Television Network, where he earned over 55 national awards, including 3 Emmy nominations for his creative approach to visual storytelling.
In 2005, Brandon moved to NYC, where he worked as a freelance Avid editor for various cable & network programs including the NFL Today & NCAA Basketball for CBS Sports, The Rachael Ray Show, The 2007 Tony Awards, A&E Biography, The Two Coreys, The Tour De France, The Stanley Cup Playoffs, NBC Nightly News, Headliners & Legends, Dateline NBC and numerous shows for the Sci-Fi Channel, HGTV, TLC and The Style Network.
Although Brandon has since relocated back to Texas, where he works as a Video Producer & Photographer for a local ad agency, he continues freelance editing for his broadcast clients in NYC. So where does photography fit into all of this??
